Training

IBIAS VR offers effective training. With the use of VR, you will get the opportunity to stand in someone else’s shoes and set goals in a virtual world.

Coaching

After the training, one-on-one follow-up sessions will take place. These sessions are dedicated to the progress of what has been learned in practice. Relapse can be compensated with this.

Virtual Reality

We will use virtual reality during the training and coaching. In addition to this program, we are happy to collaborate with you about using VR for other learning and development challenges.

We have a divided society at the moment. This contributes to the hardening within the community. This causes people to be excluded. The importance of people understanding and connecting with each other is necessary for a functioning society.

Tackling discrimination in the workplace is still challenging. People from minority groups feel the con-sequences of this on a daily basis. Through the use of virtual reality, people can become aware of the prejudices in the workplace.

Education is the starting point for people. When one is behind, the consequences are still noticeable later in life. During our program we make participants aware of their prejudices, and we offer them an actionable perspective.

THE PROGRAM

The program provides insights to the participants that they can then work with. After the training, the participants receive some coaching. The last part is access to our peer-to-peer network in which the participant can always go with questions and share their own journey and inspire others.
